She is bossy, full of
herself, smart, smart, smart and basically a very cute going
concern!
This funny girl loves to snuggle and play ball, loves going for walks and is learning good leash manners! Asia is great with other dogs, people of all ages, crate trained, and is working on house training. She loves to smile when you tickle her under the arms! She is a goofy, but head strong girl who will need a new home that is familiar with the breed. Asia does fine with the children in her foster home, as they are respectful and easy to be around. She is not available to a home with young children, as she is still very mouthy and has been let to get away with a lot of behaviors in her previous home, thus causing her to lose it!
July 23rd, 2008 Asia is now 3 months old, had her second puppy shots and is ready for her new home!

Asia is a 10 week old
PB GSD. She is not yet spayed, but will be done and brought up to date on
her shots before she is a adopted. She is a over all healthy girl!
Asia was on her way to the SPCA because her family felt she was aggressive and they were unable to handle her. This was their first dog, and they couldn't of picked a worse match. Asia is a working girl :) Cheeky Asia is looking for an energetic family that she can call her own! She wants to be doing something and the home that can provide her with jobs to do, is the home that will have a wonderful and rewarding experience with Asia for life.
Asia would like a home where at least one person is home full time, and there is already another larger breed dog for her to play with. She wants a home with people that are active and do something with her. She is not a couch potato by any means and needs more than just a few walks a day! Asia would be a great dog for schutzund, agility, search and rescue or even competition obedience. She is a smart and active girl that needs some serious stimulation to keep her mind active. She will thrive in almost any activity and would do best in a sport dog home. Asia is being fostered in Chilliwack.

August 21st, 2008 Little miss Mary Sunshine is growing like a weed and keeping us on our toes! She has given us quite the scare recently, but gulping down a pile of rocks and gravel! The situation became quite serious and this little girl spend almost a week at the vet on IV. It was touch and go for her the first few days and we were beside ourselves with worry! Thankfully, she pulled through like the trooper that she is and we will have to be even more vigilant with her. Asia is into everything! She is a going concern 90% of the time and you just can't take your eyes off her for a minute! The good news is that she has calmed down considerably since this incident. However, this little girl will definitely need a stimulating home to keep her mind and body active. If she isn't given direction and something to do, she will indeed find it herself. Asia has has so much interest, and we thank you all for wanting to add this special girl to your home. However, when we say that Asia needs to be worked, we are quite serious about this fact. Perhaps we need to be clearer on what Asia is actually about. These pictures sum up the little princess pretty well!

**We feed a raw diet to our rescues. This cuts down on the amount of medical attention they need, as well as makes them all around healthier. The cost to feed Asia for one month is roughly 167.58 **If you are able to buy one months worth for one dog, it would greatly lessen the load. Please specify which dog it is that you would like to feed, and we will show your pledge on each dog's page. This special sponsorship is called "Foster Partner in Care" and simply means that you are part of the foster program for the dog of your choice. One home supplies the shelter, and the other supplies the food. Many people want to help, but have no room in their homes to do so. This is the perfect way to be involved with the animal of your choice and be updated regularly on their care and well being. It's a win-win for everyone, especially the dogs!
