Zack was one of the 12 puppies that were left in a box at the side of the road at a mere 4 weeks old. How can anyone be so cruel? GSRBC cared for all the pups and had them all spayed and neutered. Afterward, we split up the litter with another society. Casey and her sister Lucy
were transferred to another society and adopted out in the Victoria
area. Zack now lives in Vancouver where he is very much an adored member of his family.

Hi Kelly,
Just to let you know that Mickey (renamed
Zack today), survived his first Thanksgiving dinner with flying colors.
He loves people and adores kids. No whining, no biting, it was
great. He managed to fall asleep on the couch in between all the
people and noise. He definitely is a vacuum cleaner when it comes
to food and he has a thing for flip flops. He kept stealing them
today and trying to hide with them like he already knew he really
shouldn't be doing it. He didn't like the crate last night and
ended up sleeping on our bed. We'll have to work on that one.
He's a great guy!
Kirsten
