Elsa is now ready for
adoption. It has been several months, and her foster home feels she is
now ready for a home of her own.
This poor girl has had a very traumatic past and will likely always remain a wall flower. But don't discount Elsa yet, she is getting stronger and more trusting every day. Elsa needs a very special family. An older couple without kids would be her best match. Just because she is timid and needs lots of patience, she will not go to a home with young children. Elsa has never shown any aggression to anyone, human, canine nor feline She loves her foster brother Harley and all the other dogs she meets. Even gets along with our cat. She is still timid with new people but is so much
better then when she came into our care. She loves to play,
fetches the ball, and is nuts about the water hose, so a little
drivey. Elsa is crate trained, and loves her kennel . She will go to it on command. It is her special place. Elsa has been spayed and is up to date on all her shots.

February 16th Update: Elsa's foster home has very happily welcomed her into their home on a permanent basis! All of us here at GSRBC are elated! This really is Elsa's true match, and after all this girl has been through, she deserves such a wonderful, patient and loving forever home. Enjoy the good life Elsa, and make sure and drop us a line if you have time in between all your socializing with the "Hoochie-Mamma's", your swimming at the beach, your playing with that bratty Harley and all the loving and cuddling that you are sure to be receiving. Humm..... I guess we'll be surprised to hear from you at all!
