Adopted!!

I'm the luckiest boy! I already have an adoption pending!! My new family has met me, and the GSRBC people went out to see my new home and everything is fabulous!

As soon as I am neutered, I will be moving into my new home!!

How cool is THAT?!

I'm going to miss my siblings a lot, but I have a brand new world to explore and in no time at all, I will be looking forward to investigating that!

yay for me! See ya on the soccer field!

Adopted!! August 5th 2007

Hi Kelly,
Here are the first few home-coming photos taken by a neighbor of ours. Raven/Jack couldn't be more well-behaved and delightful!
He whimpered a bit after we left your place, but after snuggling the towel you kindly (and smartly) gave us, he settled himself down. Jack was hungry when we got home, about 5pm; gobbled-up late lunch right away, and then we scooped him up and outside for a pee. I don't think he peed that first time, too interested in sniffing grass etc, and also watching our cats looking at him. We all lounged outside for a bit in our back garden,  that's when these photos were taken. The rest of the evening was a routine of play a bit, then nap, play a bit, then nap.....
Bedtime at 11:30pm and after 30 sec of whimpering, Jack curled-up beside our bed and fell asleep. Good, good boy!
I woke him up at 3:30am for an outside visit, but I don't think he did anything. Up again at 5:30, just for a try, and Jack did a nice poop on the lawn, handy to a little shovel I set aside for scooping. ( I didn't notice any worms) I thought Jack was ready for breakfast and a play. You're right, he's a fast eater! He let me check his ears while he was at his dish.
Later this morning, we stopped at our church nearby to deliver some paperwork. Pat thought he'd try Jack with his new collar and leash. Remembering wait-time, especially going through strange doors, Jack did superb! He loves following Pat anywhere. He loves following me in the kitchen.
Kathleen has phoned us five times already to get updates on Jack. She loves water-skiing, but she's looking forward to getting home to her Jack.
I hope your enjoying the long weekend.
Talk to you soon,
Chris

Hi! My name is Raven. I was born June 5th 2007 at 11:42am, weighing 1.1lbs. I was the last one born, but I am no runt!

"I was named after a very beautiful and distinguished dog I am told. She was a special girl, and I have big paws to fill!

I think I will like to learn things that the older bigger dogs do like play ball-cause I am fast. I love my raw food and I hope I get to eat that for my whole life. I hear the people talk about it a lot and they can not believe how beautiful all our coats are!

Did I mention I am tough and fast! That's me Raven! Super boy puppy!! I am ready for the world I hope the world is ready for me!!
