Adopted!!

 

My foster Mom tells me how smart I am and how quickly I have fit in with the pack. Of course, I want to play, play, play and I have made quite a few friends here in rescue, where I am well liked and very social   I enjoy a good came of fetch, and I am even learning "drop it".  

I have had no negative experiences in the house, I do not chew on anything, other than toys of course, and I get to stay free all day, even during those long days my foster Mom have to be out. 

Of course, still being a puppy I have a lot I can still learn, and I am just dying for a chance to show someone how incredibly loving and wonderful I am. I know that my forever home is out there somewhere and I can't wait to become part of my own family.

I sure like to be loved up on.  I’ll roll right over so you can rub my belly because that’s one of my favorite things in the whole world. I’ll put my head in your lap and look up at you with my beautiful dark eyes. My tail will wag every time you walk in the room.

My name is Grace, I about 1 - 1½ years old  and I am definitely still a puppy at heart!

I'm not sure why my family never came to claim me from the pound. It's obvious to everyone around me, that I was well loved, and well cared for. My previous owners even spent time teaching me some obedience, and I know almost all my basic commands.

I waited for over a week for my people to come and get me. I watched up the aisle and looked over every person that came through. But none of them were my family. I was so scared and so lonely for my old life, that I just curled up in a ball and tried to ignore all the panic that was going on around me.

Boy, I sure was glad when I was delivered a GSRBC foster home! I am going to be SO good, that no one will ever leave me behind again...

 


 

Grace is a nice mix of energy and ease. She is silly, sassy and fun dog! She's a fairly easy dog, who responds very quickly to leadership and patient direction. She has been around people of all sizes and very much loves everyone she meets. All in all, Grace is a very nice all round family companion who would do best in an active home where someone will do things with her..
